Using Published Sources: Quotations
« on: January 26, 2010, 12:29:32 PM »
I have attached a PPT slideshow that details the use of quotations. This PowerPoint could be used when teaching how to incorporate quotations into source-based writing. This PPT lays out specific strategies for using quotations.

I also attached a quotation mark exercise handout with the answer key that could possibly be used as a follow-up to the quotation lesson. This can alternatively be given as a homework assignment or could be given as a pairwork in class.

I hope this helps anybody who teaches using published sources in their writing classes.

Best,
