Interactive Website for Error Correcting
« on: April 12, 2011, 01:49:44 PM »
Here is a website I came across that is interactive. If your class was in a computer lab you could use this website with your students to practice catching simple errors, such as not using articles, wrong verb tenses, wrong pronouns, singular vs plural. etc. The students are supposed to click where they think an error is and the website informs the student if s/he is correct or incorrect. If correct, they must write in (not choose but write!) the correct answer to correct the error/mistake and the website will tell them if they are correct or incorrect. Sounds confusing, but the directions make it easier :)
