One of the most famous authors for readers of English is Charles Dickens, the author of book like A Christmas Carol and David Copperfield.  He also wrote many short stories, with one his most famous being "The Signalman," which is the kind of story that sends shivers up your spine!

You'll find two versions of that story attached to this message, one the original and one modified.
